1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal account created by the Player on the nogd88 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in the Player's Account at any given time, including both deposited funds and credited bonuses.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin credit, or reward credited to the Player's Account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player using an approved payment method such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• "Platform" means the nogd88 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated games, products, or services made available under the nogd88 brand.
• "Restricted Jurisdictions" means territories from which access to the Platform is not permitted under these terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Access to the nogd88 platform and all real-money gaming services is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. We strictly prohibit access by persons under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities and automated systems may not register accounts.

• Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance therein.

• You confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and that the funds deposited into your Account are from legitimate sources.

nogd88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 business days may result in Account suspension.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account, including family members.
• You must notify nogd88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• nogd88 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure, including losses resulting from unauthorised third-party access caused by your own negligence.
• All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you formally notify nogd88 of any compromise and we have taken action to secure your Account.

nogd88 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and transactions. However, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security. You accept this inherent risk by using the Platform.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

nogd88 supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be declined.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in the same name as the nogd88 Account holder. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers.
• nogd88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include proof of payment method ownership and enhanced identity documentation.
• Deposits made using bonus promotions are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable Bonus Terms (see Clause 6).
• nogd88 is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers, mobile wallet operators, or banking institutions.
• All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion costs, if any, are borne solely by the Player.

5. Games, Betting Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the nogd88 platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently audited for fairness. The following rules govern gameplay:

• Game outcomes are determined solely by certified RNG algorithms. nogd88 does not influence, manipulate, or alter game results in any way.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session results.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, nogd88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account.
• Bets placed after a technical error has occurred may be voided at nogd88's discretion.
• For sports betting markets, all results are determined by the official governing body of the relevant sport (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL, ICC for international cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding a result, the official governing body's decision is final.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time. Bets accepted before suspension are honoured; bets placed after market suspension but before confirmation may be voided.
• The use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, exploits, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent Account termination.
• Collusion between players in multi-player games (e.g., live poker, live dealer tables) is prohibited and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

6. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

nogd88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players upon their first qualifying deposit. The maximum welcome bonus available is ৳20,000, subject to the applicable minimum deposit and wagering requirements at the time of the offer.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and Real Money Funds are held in separate balance pools. Real Money Funds are used first; Bonus Funds are applied thereafter unless the Player's Account settings specify otherwise.
• Winnings generated from Bonus Funds become withdrawable only after all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

• nogd88 reserves the right to withhold bonus-derived winnings from any Account where there is evidence of systematic abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, coordinated bonus hunting, or placing low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements.

7. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

nogd88 is firmly committed to responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic session duration alerts.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their lives may request self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nogd88 platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other tool designed to conceal or falsify your geographic location.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in verbal abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour toward other players or nogd88 staff via any communication channel.
• Creating or using a secondary Account to circumvent a suspension, self-exclusion, or other Account restriction.
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after withdrawing funds or using services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the nogd88 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of nogd88 or its licensed content providers. The following restrictions apply:

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any nogd88 content without prior written permission.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nogd88 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss suffered as a result of your failure to follow security best practices, including but not limited to sharing your Account credentials.

In all cases, nogd88's total aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

nogd88 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance.
• nogd88 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to any longer retention period required by applicable law.
• Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.

12. Account Closure and Termination

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time:

• Player-initiated closure: Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting support. Any Real Money Funds balance will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all verification requirements are met and no pending wagering requirements apply to the balance.
• Platform-initiated termination: nogd88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirement, or risk management concern. In cases of termination for cause, nogd88 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.
• Upon termination, the Player's licence to access and use the Platform ceases immediately.

13. Amendments to These Terms

nogd88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Players will be notified via the email address registered to their Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange closure of their Account and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version is always available on this page, with the effective date displayed prominently at the top.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between nogd88 and a Player, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through direct negotiation in the first instance. nogd88 is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution. All complaints are reviewed independently by our compliance team. Decisions communicated to Players are final unless new material evidence is presented.

15. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific Bonus Terms attached to individual promotions, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and nogd88 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
